Drilling fluid mixers like bentonite, barite powder and fancy chemicals like polymers are all fed into the mud recycling tank during mixing.

Now, if you just start tossing those chemicals and solids into the tank, you might end up with a mess - the chemicals start to clump up or settle, and you end up with a drilling fluid that just isn't uniform. Our Jet Mud Mixer solves that problem by properly mixing everything and making sure that solids and additives are spread out nice and evenly. Different Mixing Options:
We offer the jet mud mixer in different flavours - you can go for a single jet mixer with a 45 kW or 55 kW sand pump and a jet mud hopper, or upgrade to a double jet mixer with two pumps and two hoppers. That gives you flexibility and lets you meet whatever demands you happen to be facing.

Weighting Hopper - multi-tasking made easy
The weighting hopper is clever - you can use it on its own, or connect it up to a pump for even more efficiency. If you do decide to use a pump, a handy manifold valve lets you get it all working in perfect harmony with your circulation system - that means you get your drilling fluids made just right.
