The KSMR series offers a tiered range of solutions from 200 to 1000 GPM, with core differences in purification levels, equipment configurations, and application scales. The smaller end of the lineup includes the KSMR-200 and KSMR-350 , specifically designed for HDD, geothermal, or water well projects with processing requirements below 350 GPM. The KSMR-200 uses the LS2·752 double-deck linear motion shale shaker, while the KSMR-350 is equipped with the LS608 double-deck shale shaker. Both models use a double-deck screen structure to achieve what KOSUN calls "two-stage treatment in one machine." Moving up the line, the KSMR-500 is built for medium-sized projects requiring capacity below 500 GPM. This model delivers a more comprehensive purification process, consisting of a primary shale shaker, desander cyclones, and desilter cyclones working together in a three-stage series purification. It also includes a dedicated underflow screen to further dry the solids discharged from the cyclones. That extra step reduces waste volume significantly — less waste to haul away means lower disposal costs and a cleaner job site.
 
For the biggest jobs, the KSMR-1000 provides powerful throughput capacity up to 1000 GPM, making it the right choice for large-scale HDD or coalbed methane projects. This system features dual high-efficiency shale shakers with a corresponding increase in desander and desilter cyclones to ensure stable mud properties even during demanding large-scale drilling. Its deep purification capability provides continuous circulating power for large horizontal directional drilling systems. When the bore is long and the formation is tough, the KSMR-1000 keeps the mud moving and the job on track.
