The main equipment of KOSUN's vertical cuttings dryer treatment system includes cuttings drying machine, a high-speed variable frequency centrifuge, a skid-mounted integrated tank, a liquid slurry pump, an agitator, a screw conveyor, and other equipment.

Design principles:

1, The process is reasonable, to strengthen solid-liquid separation as a breakthrough, to meet the needs of centralized processing while drilling or after drilling.

2, The whole skid system design is compact, easy to move transport, and on-site installation and maintenance requirements.

Workflow:

1, The cuttings from the solid control vibrating screen and cleaner of the good team are transported to the cuttings drying machine system for treatment through the screw conveyor.

2, The cuttings are processed by the cuttings dryer unit, so that the liquid phase and the solid phase are separated, the solid phase (dry drilling cuttings) is sent to the cuttings collection box by the screw conveyor, and the liquid phase is collected into the mud bin. Among them, the dry cuttings can meet the standards of discharge (according to the national standards) or proceed to the next step.

3, The liquid phase in the mud bin was through the liquid slurry pump to a high-speed frequency decanter centrifuge for mud purification treatment, separated liquid phase into another mud bin, and centrifuge separated solid phase discharge cuttings collection box.

4, The liquid slurry pump can return the clean mud after centrifuge treatment to the mud circulation system, and can also transport the mud to the dryer for washing.

5, The collected solid phase is transferred to the centralized station or other, and the recovered oil-based mud can be reused for drilling operations.
