Operating Principle: Three-Stage Separation for Maximum Results

At the core of the system is an advanced chemical thermal washing technology. This process can be compared to “bathing” oily sludge in a specialized solution which, under the combined effects of heat and mechanical agitation, washes oil away from sand and soil particles.

1. Preparation and Primary Separation Stage
Oily sludge enters the system, where specially selected chemical agents are precisely dosed. The mixture is heated and agitated in a reactor, allowing oil to separate from solid particles. At this stage, a vibrating screen removes large mechanical impurities.

2. Fine Separation Stage
The main slurry is directed to a decanter centrifuge, the heart of the system. Under extremely high centrifugal forces, the mixture is separated into a solid phase (sand and soil) and a liquid phase (oil mixed with water).

3. Final Purification and Recovery Stage
The liquid fraction is fed into a disc-stack centrifuge, which performs precision separation of oil and water. The final outputs are:
