The high G drill cuttings drying screen produced by kosun machinery is designed for the drying treatment of drill cuttings, which can dry the drill cuttings into a transportable state without adding any chemicals.

 
 

Working process of drill cuttings drying screen

1) Install the screw conveyor under the solid control vibrating screen of the drilling rig, and transport the drill cuttings to the drill cuttings drying screen through the screw conveyor or drill cuttings conveying equipment for processing.

2) The drilling fluid treated by the drill cuttings drying screen falls into the bottom collecting tank, and the slurry is supplied to the waste slurry treatment centrifuge through the slurry supply pump of the centrifuge.

3) The drilling fluid processed by the waste slurry treatment centrifuge is collected in a slurry tank or returned to the solids control system tank for recycling.
