Mud Agitator precautions：

1、Check whether the selection of the submersible mixer is correct and whether the actual use conditions are consistent with the specified use conditions.

2, The Mud Agitator motor in the mud chamber of the cable protection there are two kinds of hard steel pipe and metal hose. Ensure that the tube connection is sealed.

3, With 0-500V megohmmeter, check the insulation resistance of the three cores of the main motor cable to ground shall not be less than 5 megohms, disable the megohmmeter

Check the control cable to avoid damage to the electrical components inside the submersible mixer, and the application of a multimeter to check the control cable line.

4. If the power supply capacity of the submersible Mud Agitator is far from the use of this, Kaozhi line loss, cable cross-sectional area should be increased, the joint should be as few as possible, and the joint for sealing treatment to prevent water leakage.

5. The power cable line, grounding line and comb cable line on the submersible Mud Agitator should be connected with the control cabinet (box) terminals one by one

6, the submersible Mud Agitator grounding line for the two-color line (yellow / green), to ensure safety, must be connected to the year, and longer than other lines

7, after closing the gate, can not immediately start the Mud Agitator. Should be pulled system for submersible Mud Agitatorr self-test, if found that there is a fault (flashing alarm or Sheng report on the electronic control cabinet), should check and troubleshooting, and then only start, if the motor does not turn, should quickly and decisively pull the switch, into check and troubleshooting, so as not to damage the motor.
